Dry Pastels - Underwater
Tried the dry pastels as a medium for the first time. I really love how you can smooth out and create gradients post the application of colours on the paper.
Medium : Dry Pastels (almost like Chalk, only a little finer and smother)
Things to Notice : transparent/white jellyfishes, grey shark gradient.

Typography - Chalk on Pavement
For a long time I wanted to create a vintage kind of typography. What better than do it on the roads in full view. There is something about creating the font with your hands in your own style that made whole of this process highly enjoyable.

Painting - Sounds of Solitude

Water colours is a medium that lets you blur out everything that is not in focus so well. I am amazed at times when the colours go around in the water and create soft gradients and smudges.

Solitude, something that i have started to enjoy.

Paper Quilling

My first try at another form of art. Attended a workshop at Kaladarshan and found it pretty amusing. Its slow and easy and has limited things you can do unless you are willing to go completely off the track. Its kinda like knitting.

If you have a nifty hand and extreme amounts of free time you might wanna try this.

Doodle - Miniature Scenarios
I have gotten back to my old hobby of doodling various scenarios on a miniature scale.
Just think of how much detailing you can do in such an artform.
Currently I am experimenting with 2D landscapes. Lets see how the project turns out. :)
